Processing & Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Our team processes orders within 1 to 3 business days, ensuring that your package is prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Delivery time
Orders are generally delivered within 8 to 12 business days. In some cases, depending on local processing times and shipping conditions, delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Shipping Locations
To deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, we work with multiple warehouses and logistics partners. Your order will be shipped from the closest fulfillment center with available stock, whether locally or internationally, to minimize delivery times.
Multiple Shipments for Faster Delivery
To speed up delivery, some orders may be split into multiple shipments. This means certain items may arrive before others. If you receive part of your order, don’t worry—the rest is on the way! If there’s a delay or missing item, simply reach out to us, and we’ll sort it out.
Delivery Issues: Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier, Childhood Trove is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you haven’t received your order but tracking shows it as delivered, we recommend:
1. Checking with neighbours or household members who might have accepted it.
2. Contacting your local post office or courier to verify the status.
3. If tracking indicates an attempted delivery, please check with your postal service for pickup details.
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, let us know, and we’ll assist you in finding a solution.
Order cancellations
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. Thi will allow us pack your orders efficiently and minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
